For close to three decades, SIBC has built a legacy of purposeful service guided by the vision of our Founder President Dr. Daphne Pillai and carried forward by every President during their tenure. Our club stands firm on the strong ethos of educating, empowering, and creating opportunities for women and girls in our community. Over the years, our club has touched countless lives through service, advocacy, and fellowship, and I am committed to building on this legacy with renewed energy and fresh initiatives this term.
My focus is on continuity with purpose: strengthening our flagship projects, deepening our partnerships with academic and community institutions and ensuring our members have the platforms and support to lead impactful, sustainable initiatives in education, health, financial literacy, and gender equality. I am equally committed to widening our reach and ensuring our presence at National and International forums to continue to amplify the voices of the women we serve.
I look forward to working alongside our members and our partner institutions to join hands with us as we continue this journey of service above self, and I look forward to a year of meaningful impact together.
