The Soroptimist International Bombay Chembur organized a Jumble Sale, one of its mega fundraising events from 9th to 11th October 2017 at the MES Chembur Campus to raise funds for the various charitable activities conducted by SIBC. Clothes, shoes, jewelry, curtains, books, bags, games and other household articles were put up for sale at very marginal prices of Rs. 10 to Rs. 100 per item. The Jumble Sale attracted a huge crowd and the visitors were excited about purchasing just before the festive season. More than 500 people from the nearby poor localities visited the Campus and took maximum benefit from this sale. The event was co-ordinated by Ms. Mamta Patil, Ms. Annamma Paul, Ms. Parveen Arif, Ms. Preeti Pawar & Ms. Yvette Lee.
