SI Bombay Chembur on the occasion on World Mental Health Day conducted a session for teachers of Dr. Pillai Global Academy, Panvel on Self Care and managing of emotions on Monday, 10th October, 2022. Around 30 teachers attended the session by our member Yvette Lee, they very actively shared and discussed their coping strategies.
