Fund Raising Acitivty – Food Mela

Soroptimist International Bombay Chembur conducted a fundraiser through a Food Mela on 14th January, 2012 at Chembur English High School. Colourfull stalls with delicious snacks and cold drinks were organised by the members. Ms. Zeny Lacey, an active social worker from California inaugurated the Food Mela. Rave reviews were received for the event and the food was sold out within an hour of the inauguration. A total sum of Rs.6,500 was collected on this occasion.
